• I’ve found a number of bugs within the paid version of the plugin. After trying to get support team to look at these issues and finding that they would take longer than a week to respond to my queries I decided to ask for a refund which fell within the 30 day period. However I am still waiting for my refund even though someone on the support team verified my purchase.

    I get the feeling they won’t give my money back. So if you do decide to buy this plugin, think twice.

    I have sent you multiple tickets for a refund request. I was approved a refund but never recieved it. You guys are absolutely terrible with your support tickets. If i could attached a screenshot of the support ticket you will see i’ve been waiting more than 2 months for my refund and a response, even AFTER Franco said he will give me my money back.
