• Version 1.1 of SurveyMonkey Button works ok on WP 4.0. but it needs options to allow better integration. It puts a blue button on the upper left of the browser window for the pages/posts you choose. Hint text appears under the button in too large of a font. The button stays in position as the post is scrolled. When the button is clicked, it brings up the SurveyMonkey survey in a popover. So, it works as advertised.

The plugin would be more useful if it came with some code that could be placed in a widget. Plus, it should have options to select any graphic for a button and also the option to bring up the survey with a regular link. A blue button does not work with all themes.

The alternative is to use “Simple Popup Plugin” with a link to the survey. It offers a widget as well. There are other popup options that may also work.

All things considered, I would use SurveyMonkey Button if I could choose my own graphic of arbitrary size for the button.
