Hey Chukwudi, Have you checked the plugin settings page?

Image is a required field in the Schema Article. So, i have provided a field in the plugins settings page where you can define the image. So, if the plugin does not found featured image then, it uses the defined image in the schema.

Hi Chukwudi, I have checked the issue and resolved it. I have released a new version, in this version your issue is resolved + you can change the schema type if you wanted it.

Sorry but i can not help you now with out access of your site. I have created a similar issue like you have and solve it out in this release. But as you said that the problem still there. so, Now i can’t help until you don’t allow me to access your site.

Ok, I got it. The schema you are seeing on the amp pages are not coming from this plugin.

That schema is coming from some other plugin or it would be hard-coded.

If you want to make sure this so go on amp pages and simple pages and match the schema. There is different alignment.

Like: headline

headline comes after the mainEntity through my plugin whereas on amp pages it comes after the logo entity.

This is the simple difference which shows that the schema is not coming from my plugin on amp pages.

You can also check the @type entity. On the amp pages the type is “BlogPosting” whereas my plugin only through the “@type” as Article or NewsArticle.

I didn’t used “BlogPosting” type in my plugin yet.

I am sure that this issue is not occurring due to this plugin.
