    Just installed, using paypal only (no stripe). Seems to work perfectly on the mobile version of our site, but on the web version clicking “express checkout” just spins/hangs forever.

    Any ideas? Will need to deactivate it until a solution is offered. ??

    Hi @aetkin!

    Can you enable the plugin, but keep it in test mode?

    You can find the test mode setting in PeachPay settings > General > Test mode > Enable test mode

    Shoppers won’t see the checkout and it won’t affect your site, but it will allow our team to resolve the issue quickly.

    Thanks for the response. I noticed the plugin had an update available, so I ran that before answering here and now it seems to be working fine. Not sure if it’s just a coincidence, but problem solved!

    1 other question though; is it possible to make the phone # filed on checkout not required?

    Great to hear that it’s working now!

    Regarding the phone number field, within about a week we will release an update that will allow you to make certain fields optional or remove them entirely.
