Works on some pages but not all?

The Shortcode Pagination for WooCommerce plugin works great on some of my pages but for some reason others are not giving the option to go to the next page. Any ideas?
https://www.keystonemusic.ca/new-pianos/ Works fine
https://www.keystonemusic.ca/digital-pianos-2/ Only lists 12 products
Any ideas or direction would be appreciated.
