    With the second plugin installed, can you try by enabling the option called “Disable contextual matching”

    Separately, are you able to install query monitor plugin to check if there are no issues with the queries being generated.

    Thanks for your help.

    I think the problem is my theme and the used code. Like the same problem with divi themes. I use an other (not realy comfortable) plugin and it works out of the box.

    Maybe I can use your fine and convenient with th next theme.

    Thanks, it could be an issue with mySQL not supporting FULLTEXT – but hard to say without checking the Query Monitor outputs.

    Understood on trying this with another theme in the future.
