Works perfectly

I downloaded Contact Form 7 to my WordPress site, because we use that plugin on another of our websites. That was a mistake. I’m experienced in the WordPress platform and can do coding when push comes to shove. However, after 40 frustrating minutes wrestling with Contact Form 7, my form still needed even more coding and tweaking.

I then downloaded the WPForms lite version. If you are looking to create a contact form that works the first time around, download WPForms. You’ll get a handful of templates and the functionality to make a contact form that includes drop down menus (as well as a convenient option to bulk populate drop down lists), radio buttons, check boxes, text boxes and a variety of other functionalities.

The drag and drop functionality of WPForms works like a charm. This plugin also allows simple ordering and reordering of items in the form. The user interface for the plugin and the forms (edit, duplicate, delete) is intuitive and simple to use.

We don’t need the more robust functionality offered in the pay version of WPForms, but I contacted the developer nonetheless and asked about making a donation to support the plugin. I recommend this plugin unreservedly for WordPress users who are pros and newbies who want to create contact forms for just about any purpose.
