Works perfectly on WooCommerce 2.5.1!

Interface is refreshingly short and simple (other than the kinda awful-looking header saying “WC Call for Price” which would look better in another font and a darker colour). Plugin works perfectly; you can change the price whenever you’d like, and it’d go back to your Call for Price message when you put the price back to blank. No issues so far.
