This plugin works perfectly. The great thing is that you can define whether you want to receive the uploaded files as email attachments or as links to a wp-content/upload folder. The latter is great when you want to enable large files for uploads.
The support is really great. An initial problem caused by a plugin conflict was solved very fast (and even on a public holiday in Europe).
Clearly 5 stars!
