Excellent, well done.
It works with WordPress 3.9 and the new TinyMCE 4 as well.
We depended on qTranslate since many of our users use it and it doesn’t work with WordPress 3.9 anymore but this does and it is easy to switch over without losing anything at all.
We’ve now made this compatible with our Newsletter plugin as well: https://tribulant.com/plugins/view/1/wordpress-newsletter-plugin
