For a small firm in Mallacoota, Vic, I initially used the free version and added the slider extension to improve photo displays. It worked well, leading to more sales than the main national RE website. I had a couple of issues that required support, and the fixes were provided the same day. Three years later, after a major website revision, I encountered more problems (my mistakes). My support tickets were answered within an hour, and the issues were promptly resolved.
