Works well on Multi-site

Nice plugin, works well for my needs as i maintain 50 template sites (with a potential 2500 further in the near future.
It would be great if the search replace operations could work across ALL subsites in a multisite. This would then be an invaluable tool for those real-time non-permanent replacements when bulk editing.
