Works well, only asks when user has enabled it

Terrific. I use this on a multisite with two networks, and it works flawlessly. Unlike other plugins, the two-factor authentication prompt only appears after a successful login, and only if the user has enabled it. This means no confusing extra field for bog-standard subscribers, and I can secure my admin accounts properly. Thanks!
