Our particular set up did cause a problem with the plugin but I brought it to the developer and he had it sorted in next to no time. The plugin is easy to set up and does what it says on the label. If you have a huge database of users do use the offset to ease the load on your server. A very positive experience of the WordPress community. Thank you.
