Works with autopost

IF my wp posts are auto generating will the push notifications work? I ask, because I see the screenshot shows radio buttons for selecting who sees the pushes. Is there a default one selected? ie. ‘ALL’ IF It has to be manually clicked it wont work wjith autoposts.
