World Map feature not working?

  • Hi Support,

    We wanted to enable our Slimstats geolocation feature so the World Map and Top Countries data will be visible.

    We have already added the necessary license key we generated from MaxMind and pasted it in SlimStats > Settings > Maintenance.

    However, it is still not working. Can you please advise?

    Thank you for opening the topic, can you please confirm that you tested with the new visitors? is there any error message on your error log?

    @mostafas1990 – Yes, the new visitors that I tested does not work after I pasted the MaxMind keys.

    Please make sure what option is set on Settings → Tracker → Geolocation Precis

    @mostafas1990 – Yes. “Geolocation Precision” is set to Country. Any ideas?

    Weird indeed, are you sure the MaxMind License Key is correct?

    @mostafas1990 – Yes, we have tried 2 license keys already, both did not work. We generated them from the MaxMind website.

    Any other ideas? Or at least there’s a plugin log that we can check for any errors? I checked our site’s error_log but there’s nothing there.
