I am trying to set up Online Worldpay Payments for my site but in live mode I am getting this error when trying to place an order –

Your authentication could not be completed because of a system error. If this happens consistently, please contact your CSR.

In testing mode this is the error:
There was an error processing your payment. Message: EXT_515: Unauthorized Access

Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Stephie

    Hello stephie1,

to start, did you double check that you entered the correct API keys during the setup? If you have confirmed, then I would contact Online Worldpay and have them check your account status as that message about contacting a CSR is coming directly from Worldpay.

If you like, contact us at [email protected] and we can go into more detail about troubleshooting. I don’t want you sharing your keys on this thread.

    Kind Regards,
    Clayton

    Hi,

I have had exactly the same problem, and after talking to Worldpay it is an account configuration error, that they have been looking at for a day or so.

    Hope this helps,

    Ben

    Hi Clayton & Ben,

Thank you for your replies. I have double check the API keys and they are correct. I have been in touch with Worldpay and am waiting for a response.

I’ll let you know if/when they get back to me with the solution.

    Thanks,
    Stephie

    Hi,

I’ve had the below response from Worldpay – it was my mistake I have confused the test card details.

‘Look at the error code that you have supplied indicates that you are using the LIVE KEYS for the test to fix this you will need to use the TEST KEYS in the test environment.’

To double check – does the customer receive an automatic email of their purchase?

    Thanks,
    Stephie

The customer can receive an automatic email but that would be via WooCommerce. Those settings are separate from the plugin. You can however set an indicator to receive an admin email when a purchase has been made.
