Worldpay – Payment Response URL

  • Hi there,

    I had some web developers who created a website for me who I am no longer in contact with. They set up WooCommerce and the Worldpay plug in. I have an issue with this. It has been set up and works, payment goes through.

    The problem is when a customer places an order it redirects them to a Worldpay page where they enter details and it confirms payment has gone through. However, once the payment is made, it just says payment successful. I need them to be redirected to my website. I spoke to Worldpay and they mentioned I need a Payment Response URL.

    On the back end I have gone to WooCommernce>Settings>Checkout>Worldpay, however there is no Payment Response URL there.

    Can you advise please?

  • In the plugin files, in a required folder under templates there are two .HTML files ResultY and ResultC. These need to be uploaded to the ‘Edit payment pages’ -> File management area within your WorldPay Account.
