    Hello,
    Please, deactivate the plugin with “Complete deactivation” option enabled and then activate it again.

    1. Enter the Security by Cleantalk plugin settings. (WordPress Dashboard -> Settings -> Security by Cleantalk -> General settings)
    2. Check the last settings “Complete deactivation” and save changes.
    3. Deactivate the plugin on the “Plugins” page in WordPress Dashboard.
    4. Then activate it.
    5. Enter your access key in the plugin’s settings.

    HI, I did that and the problem is fixed now, but I have noticed that CleanTalk was excessively scanning my site, causing over 23GB in extra bandwidth usage in two days. I am now negotiating with my host, but I’d like to know if you have seen a similar problem before?

    The Malware scanner shouldn’t use so much bandwidth. Could you check the details with your hosting support?
