Worpress Registration Error

Hello All

I am running builder theme on my wordpress site. I have the following issue:

On new user registration the email that the user receives looks as follows:

Username: ***** (I blanked this out it actually gives the username correct)

To set your password, visit the following address:

<https://www.betterbiz.co.za/wp-login.php?action=rp&key=MgZG7al1nmhkx8RkBFje&login=arneon&gt;

https://www.betterbiz.co.za/wp-login.php (This is the only clickable link)

I know on registration I am supposed to get the login details with the password. If I copy and paste the long link into the browser it gives me the following error:
Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.

This loops if I do enter a username to create a new password.

I am using admin custom login for the login page look
Peters Login redirect for redirection after login
and wordpress spamshield for spam filtering.

I have deactivated all these plugins and changed the theme to try resolve this nothing seems to work.

Any suggestions (PS. Login works fine)
