Worse support ever! I paid for new license and support team not responding

Helo there,
is there any support team for WPTouch Pro? I renew my license for another year, but I can’t download invoice from Account area on your website (and I really need that invoice, because I bought it for my company).I asked support team for WPTouch three times during last three weeks via “Leave message” form on your website, but no one replied to me. I’ve also used e-mails @wptouch.com, but again with no reply (asked two times) ??
This is the worst support for paid product ever. I paid money and no one respond for this stupid thing in 3 weeks. And I don’t need to solve any WordPress issue or conflict with your plugin, I only need invoice from you!
Guys, I really need to get my invoice for my new 1 year subscription, which I bought 9th of July, because I cant download it from my Account area – there is blank space in “Invoices” column, no download button, as you can see on this screenshot https://imgur.com/a/kLfF2L8
So what can I do, if no one from support team responding?
