    Hi there,

    I am sorry you had a bad experience with the plugin. I just checked and could not find any open ticket/email from not only any premium customer as well as from the free users of the plugin.

    Probably, I have missed that in the queue. It would be great if you let us know your site address so I can find you in our database as well as in my email support software in order to resolve any issues you have.

    Also, please note that we try our best to respond to all queries as soon as possible with average response time of 6 hours. But sometimes, it can go up to 24 hours in case of load or weekends (yes, we are human and we need breaks as well).

    But again, I would be really happy to help resolve the matter if you let me know your site address or just ask here in the WP.org support forum.

    So btw I don’t even dare to touch your plugin anymore. It crashed my server 5 time, just by saving 2 feed on it. Error 403.

    Any recommendation ?

    Hello there!

    I can totally understand and would be more than happy to work with you in order to fix this issue.

    I am afraid, just 403 does not help figure out what’s going on.

    Can you find the error log or debug log and share the full error message with me so I can know why exactly it broke and try to replicate it?

    Also, what server you are using? Can you give some details about the server, operating system (Windows or Linux), PHP version, WP version and the theme you are using?
