WORST CONTACT FORM EVER

  • I normally don’t take the time to write reviews, but I am writing this one as a warning. There are SO many issues with this plugin. It will work fine for the first day, and then after that you will run into issue after issue. I got the PRO version. After the first day I started encountering problems with “initializing form” appearing at the bottom of the form (they say this is a JS issue), I turned on “Debug mode” as they suggest and then all hell broke loose, my entire website started acting finicky and I had to restore an earlier backup just to make it stop. Then I could not get the forms to send emails at all. This is literally the worst plugin I have ever used. Such a waste of money. I wasted so many hours at work. DO NOT pay for this!

    A quick explanation – initializing form is typically from a JavaScript error on your site caused by some external extension (other plugin / theme). Our form or any other extension using JavaScript may not work correctly until the issue is resolved.

    Also, I am not sure from where you got this, we definitely do not suggest to turn on “Debug Mode” for a JS error – you can see it plainly in your browser’s debugger console.

    By the way “Debug Mode” in no way whatsoever may interfere with your site – it is simply a popup displayed after sending a message through our form.
