• I never post a negative review, but I’ve been trying for a week get support to update the license URL so that their product will be activated on my website, and they don’t respond!!!! I’ve sent several emails and even used their support form on their website, but NO REPLY. Dude, I paid for your stupid plugin, so I should be able to activate it so that it can work and I can get auto updates…WTF. Other plugin developers give you the ability to log in to your account and activate and deactivate licenses based on URLs…not here.

    Stay away from this plugin unless you want to waste your time and money!

    Sorry sir, We always try to provide a reply within the day or next day. I am not sure your ticket was not replied. Please give your ticket ID I will check or create a ticket again I will check. Last Tuesday & Friday I gave two ticket reply for the license key not sure what is yours. I reset the key so after again it works Even you can manage the license from my site dashboard. Sometimes if use cache plugin then notices show.

    Without activation, the plugin will work we don’t block any functionality for license key till now.

    I hope you will create a ticket with “License key” subject and update your review and rating.
