• Hello guys,this is my own experience.I purchased this plugin. i interacted with SPARKLE THEME customer support. they said it’s a good plugin.after i purchased,they treat their customer like waste things. they will make fun of their customers. when you need help. you contact them through their chat. they ignore you, share mocking comments about their customers, you have wait more than hours in your chat. you sent mail to them you have wait more than 48 hours to get next reply.they use abuse words when you interacted through your chat. To be frank,we are looking like slave for them. you never get right support ever. today, i really regret for choosing this theme. i advice sparkle theme. first teach your customer support how to decently interact with your customers. when they received your money after no one treat you like human. everything good until you pay the money. i won’t suggest anyone to use this plugin.A Place customers are not respected. money is important to them not their customers.i have written this here as to how depressed i am.nothing will get you the right solution at the right time.they will play with the benefit dice.As a customer, i won’t not recommend this. be careful guys.be aware.
