Hi, Your issue was related to Stripe payment mode, but the recurring flow with stripe is working fine on our end. That is why, we needed to check your account, hence we requested to arrange a call to check your payment settings in real-time.

Regarding refund, we checked that you are using the plugins for almost 8-9 months and as per our refund policy (https://wc-marketplace.com/refund-policy/) there is no refund after 30 days of the purchase.
