Worst experience ever – filled with bugs, terrible support

This is such a poorly made plugin. It is filled with incorrect English, which makes the site look unprofessional, and their only solution is to add yet another plugin, loco translate, to fix ridiculous errors.

It conflicts with multiple themes and is missing the most basic of functionality – like being able to log back in as a student. I wasted three days trying to fix the issues, and every time I fixed one, 5 more popped up.

Then, try looking at the support forums on the ThimPress site. What a joke! There is no search function, and you cannot see the replies to any of the posts, whether or not you are logged in. Not really a forum if you can’t even see any responses.

Also, they refused to refund my money for an add on plugin that is absolutely useless without Learnpress.

I recommend looking ANYWHERE other than this plugin.
