Worst In Delivery and Not Proper Customer Response

Instead of using Shiprocket we can use direct delivery for our orders, we are waited more than 7 days for order pickup but still no one ready to pickup or call to ask about the product. My orders cancelled due to having Shiprockt, better you can go with direct vendors that is the best idea. Honestly using shiprocket my business in loss.
