Worst plugin with prove

  • I have the professional Bundle and I am not recommended, for:
    for advanced users, it’s the worst.
    First, for each option, you need a separate plugin.
    then, full of bugs.
    after that, you are not able to add any of your customizations. For example the support icon you cannot change the color, recently they add an option to change the image.
    you cannot add any shortcode into the forms.
    you cannot add any special fields to the form.
    you cannot add products to the forms.
    If any error, simply the support reply is “not from the plugin”, they fast to reply but never helped me to solve any of the errors.
    recently I have updated the plugin then that database is gone, as usual, the reply is “as it is”:

    According to error, database have problem.
    Do you uninstall Agent addons?
    Agent related tables are deleted.
    The update does not delete any table. Please check your database.

    the last reply “the user name created to login the wp-admin is not accepted” !!!!
