• My disappointment and frustration with your plugin I purchased from your company 3 months back. I encountered several issues that rendered it unusable and more errors continuous. The plugin has failed to deliver on its promised features and functionality, and the support I received from a lady is really worst in email conversation is too late and irresponsible answers on handling my problems. Who the hell ?

    The support responses were delayed in email, not scheduling call to discuss my issues and when I finally received a reply, it was unhelpful after a week and lacked a clear understanding of the issues I was facing. The support team seemed uninterested in resolving problems.

    Can’t even provide support for a free plugin, then how can we trust this plugin and why you guys selling this plugin for 199$ to others, not worthy. How can we trust ? All your positive reviews are fake here I think.

    I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed, having wasted valuable time and resources on a plugin that did not work as mentioned.

    As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of quality and support from the products I purchase. In this case, your plugin and support team fell short of my expectations. I urge you to take immediate action but no refund yet.

    You are shameful and irresponsible team. Get lost..!

    I disappointment with the repeated lack of resolution regards queries in many emails with irresponsible replies. Despite my efforts to clearly articulate the issues, I have not received satisfactory responses or a refund for the services that have not met my expectations.

    How long the issue gets lag and repeatedly with worst reply email from your support. Is they are working sincerely or just making us a fool. If asking for a refund, just replying with idiotic response. You can’t even have a single support with good tech knowledge f***
