Worst plugin experience

WP-TOTAL CACHE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

It gives me no pleasure in writing a bad review on a plugin however the incidents I went through are well worth noting for someone else.

W3 Total cache was extremely tedious to set up and took weeks of research. Way too many settings for the average wordpress user. When I reached out to support they were rude and ignored emails. DO NOT USE THE PAY FOR SUPPORT BUTTON, as they will not get back to you. When you do email them they brush you off to someone else, I got Willie and he pretty much took the money and ran.

I still paid another $200 for CDN support and they took that as well and never followed up. I am now in a dispute over their services, as they did not do any work.

I have since removed their plugin on 6 of my clients and went with WP-Supercache. The process took me 10 Minutes a site to setup and the load times went from 8 sends to 1.7 seconds. W3 Total cache was somewhere around 3.5 to 4 Seconds and I run a pretty fast dedicated server with tons of RAM and Varnish on top.
