    I do apologise, but would have appreciated an opportunity to help you before the review, but suppose that’s by the bye.

    Did Bluehost identify what the issue was in the end… maybe I can fix it so others don’t encounter the issues you had.

    I have had 100s of people download and install the plugin with no issue and people have paid for the premium product and are extremely happy, so can only assume that it was an issue with the way your site was configured.
