We never ask any user to purchase pro plugin to get support. Moreover, we don’t provide any paid support nor accept any paid customizations, if someone asks for something that is not in our plugin, we simply ask them to request a new feature to our public roadmap page.
Also, we searched our support database, we did not find any match, you did not even contact our support team regarding this. Your claim is totally false. Not only this, you gave this type of false review to all of our main plugins at the same hour. This is clearly an abusive review with bad intentions.
