    I really don’t understand how they have these positive reviews, for sure they are all fake. Why I’m telling you this, well, because I paid for “PRO Technical support” and they sold me it and promise “Priority support”. First, these people are so slow to answer and when they try to help they do not know what they are doing. I asked them to fix blog page because is not working at all and I don’t know what they did but my front page and top menu are messed up.

    Support guy ask me to create login for him and I did and probably because he messed up everything he told me that he can’t login, LAYING TO ME!!!

    I tested and logged in with no problems.

    If you like to have headache and work with this guy go ahead but I would not recommend that you deal with this guy, it’s not team he is only one working on this whatever it is and he is so lazy and irresponsible or he is so busy with fixing these kind of problems he has on his products.

  • Same Issue, I?have lifetime license for mesmerize theme and I have problem with activation of my theme. I am writing to the support for 3 days and have no answer. It look like they don’t care about the customers when they ?already have bought licence.?I also asked for help in case o custom CSS and agin no aswer. This is happening second time, last time I was waiting two weeks for answer and I got help after few remainder email.
