  • Don’t Purchase the sms alert service. They cheated me. The disabled my account because of raising a dispute against them.
    I registered on their smsslert.co.in website. On the way i called their customer care phone number many times for many complaints. But they didn’t attend my call. Now they are saying that i raised a dispute against them they will not activate my account until i explain the reason of that. I already told that “I called you many times for many complaints. But you didn’t attend my call”. For that the replayed that your are lying. I am gong through the legal process of court.

    Please note you never contacted us, before today. We request you to share the email copy publicily(you can mask your any personal information) if you ever contacted us before raising the dispute.

    As all our calls and emails are timely answered, as per our working hours mentioned on our website.

    You directly raised the dispute with payment gateway without contacting us, and as you know payment gateway blocks the disputed amount and suggest to hold the services until dispute is settled.

    This is what happened in your case, and there is nothing wrong in it ethically.

    We even called you on your phone the very same day you raised a complaint, and even today, when you disconnected the call in between, but you did not talked to us.

    I am sorry there is nothing we can do in this regards until we get a clear go ahead from payment gateway side regarding your dispute.
