• We’ve been a Premium User of this plug-in for several years and circa two weeks ago had to enlist the Support Team. Not only has it been the worst service experience we’ve encountered, but the end result caused us several days of Site Downtime and hours upon hours of extra work. While we’ve always enjoyed the functionality of the Revive Old Post Plugins, we’ve now simply deactivated and deleted them in favor of searching for an alternative with top quality support. A real disappointment. Stay away from this plugin until a quality support team is put in place.

    Hi there, apologies you’re not having the greatest experience at this time. However situations like these where the issue is limited to a very few users are difficult to diagnose because we need to figure out the issue with your website environment and whats preventing the plugin from working properly vs our own test sites and other user where the plugin works perfectly.

    Because there are lots of variables which could cause the issue and being that your website is live and in operation it makes such cases even more difficult to debug.

    We always strive to provide the best support to our users whether free or paid and will not stop doing so.
