• As this is the only plugin for Woocommerce Star printer…I must say the support is pathetic…they respond in 3-4 days ..if you sent them email ..only GOD knows when they will reply back…take hours to get hold off them over the phone..they just want to sale printer and their support ends there…if you thinking of using their printer ..you need to do research by yourself..expecting help from them or support from them would be a huge mistake.

  • Sorry that you have some bad experience with the support or as you state the lack off support.

    I must say that I am very content with the support that is offered for free here. Since this is a free add-on plugin, offered and supported by some members of the Star support team. In my option the support is even better that an average pay plugin with ‘premium’ support.
    Please keep in mind that supporting a plugin in a CMS can be extremely complicated, since there are many factors involved.

    Perhaps you can post you problem here so other users can help you out.
