I’m sorry to learn about your bad experience. Actually, I was able to find your tickets on the system and all were replied.
Please keep in mind, that when you open a ticket you have to explain as much clear as possible so the support team can help you. This will happen to you not only with our plugin but other plugins as well.
If you open a ticket like this “Text Is Not Showing In Text Box”, this kind of subject and explanation is not that clear, besides you didn’t provide the URL of your registration form.
Users Ultra is a complex plugin with many modules, so.. this issue might be happening on about 20 different places.
Actually, you’ve provided with the URL of your registration form right after you’ve posted this negative review. In few words, you’ve posted your issue and you didn’t wait for at least 48 hours to get a reply.
I totally understand your frustration, however, our response time is always 24-48 hours, however, we use to reply within few hours. That doesn’t mean that we’re going to fix your theme, or any other third-party plugin for you.
What we could study is a possible refund, that’s something we don’t use to do if your theme is causing a css clash.
I’m sure that if you provide the right information some of the supporter guys will help you through our ticket system.
