Get a grip.
No, it’s not the same person – I’m themandril2002 and I have no idea who monomo is, I don’t know who Marteen is. We used the paid version of your product twice – the original and then the html5 version. The email you posted a link to has nothing to do with us. I stand by my review. You simply don’t deliver. You say you will do things and then disappear for weeks and sometimes months at a time. It has been over FOUR MONTHS since you said you would deliver a final customization and you haven’t returned a single email, phone call, or skype since. This was after 3 months of you promising to deliver things over and over and never doing it, and always being difficult to reach, often not responding unless we contacted you over and over for a few weeks. This was after you disappearing and not communicating with us for a YEAR when the first solution you sold us didn’t work. Think about it – you’re responding to this over 2 months after it was posted?
We did find a reliable developer who did give us what we needed with daily updates and no issues in 6 weeks total.
Nobody is blackmailing you, there is no conspiracy, you’re just not servicing your product, and bad reviews are the price you pay for that. If I were you, I wouldn’t come on the wordpress forums posting people’s emails, making claims, etc. which is only going to make it worse. Support your product like you should. Do what you say you will do. Don’t disappear. That’s how you will earn a good reputation here and everywhere else.
I’m going to drop this now, we have given up on getting what you said you would deliver, or getting our money back. That’s fine, we’re done. I am not going to have some argument with you on a wordpress forum, but I’m also not going to have you mislead people, claim that I’m someone I’m not, or that we haven’t paid you.
I’m going to end on a high note and tell you all some positive things about this developer and what I hope is the future of this product:
Despite the bizarre response above, this is a really, really nice guy. I like him a lot.
I think he is a legitimate genius.
His product is so close to awesome, he’s really almost there.
He has added some great features over time, such as mask layers that give you great freedom in the products you offer, as well as overlay display layers that allow you to make it easier for the customer.
The SAAS solution is actually something that a lot of companies offer, just not necessarily on WordPress, and not really something a larger store would use, but he offers it if you need it.
If he wouldn’t disappear and worked the last few bugs out, I would say this is actually the best w2p solution in it’s price range.
