• Don’t buy that plugin. Support is totally usuless.
Plugin have a lot of bugs (support could not fix it – so I did and then they wanted me to share my source code for free for them).
Many things are not working. For example: I have bought PRO version of this crap and wanted to write my own “share cart” plugin so I needed to add items programmatically with PHP. It’s not possible to add product to cart with custom fields provided by that plugin using PHP.
Also when I wrote to Altos Web Solution for help they just replied me with:
“Sorry if we can’t proceed to help you because your subscription is expired.
As you can see in the attached invoice you should buy the new one plug-IN to have free access to our support.”

  • I would like to give my experience As paid user:
First of all this plugin is unique and do an increduble job for the price. So you may accept to pay them to help maintain support.

Secondly: support may not be as fast as we would like but there is support and they use to give answer within some business days.

Regarding the cart issue: inam a bit concerned as i will have the same need.

Could you please technically describe the problem ? I think we found a solution in some way. I may tell my devevolppers about that and give you a feedback.

    I am paid User too.
Support is pretty fast and polite but still useless. They could not help me twice.
My main problem with that plugin:
I wrote “share cart” plugin. It adds button to cart page so you can click the button, copy the link and send it to friends. If someone will click that link, your items will be added to your friend’s cart automatically. One of products in your cart is using WooPrice Calculator (PRO version) for example there is a field named “width” created with WooPrice Calculator. That product can not be added to cart using PHP (WC()->cart->add_to_cart()).
There is no working way to add that item to cart and keep value of a “width” field.

Now i understand. Thsi would be a usefull function. On way would be to pass parameters values in URL. But this would be a specific development.
As far as i remember, i had a talk about this with Altos web some times ago.

Did you try to use some wishlist product ?
It could be a way to bypass the problem.
    https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-wishlists/

I will need to get wishlist working too.
So if wishlist doesn t work properly with wooprice products, we could join force to make wooprice ??wishlist compatible??, or pay (sharing cost) altos web to make this for us and any other customer.

@sefin Why did you report this review?

    Plugin Author Altos

    (@sefin)

“Mateusz Styrna” is talking about the PRO version of the plugin and the PRO support of the plugin which is not related to the software/support of the WordPress repository version of this plugin.

As stated on WordPress Forum Guidelines here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products

If “Mateusz Styrna” is not happy about the PRO support/software should write here: https://altoswebsolutions.com/contact-us

But this is the place to talk only about the WordPress repository version and not the commercial product.

Also the post language is not very polite, some dirty words are present.

@sefin No, they’re not. Please do not report this review again.

You upsell in the plugin here on www.ads-software.com meaning you attempt to make money off of the free plugin here. That means you invited this review and it completely legitimate.

This is from your plugin page.

For those who need more, WooPrice Calculator can go PRO

If you do not like people leaving feedback about that experience then contact the plugins team and remove your plugins from here. That will stop new reviews but this one stays.

I am closing this review from further replies now. Do not report it a third time.
