Worst support ever

There are 2 main issues with the support team:
1- They don’t answer the e-mails
2- They tell you they will answer soonWell that’s just gibberish, false promises about an amateur customer support,
The people on the front line contact team answer with hurry and knowledge,
But the tech support team looks like a bunch of amateurs that don’t read their inboxes,
Good plugin? Yes
Good support? Hell no!
