• There are 2 main issues with the support team:
    1- They don’t answer the e-mails
    2- They tell you they will answer soon

    Well that’s just gibberish, false promises about an amateur customer support,

    The people on the front line contact team answer with hurry and knowledge,

    But the tech support team looks like a bunch of amateurs that don’t read their inboxes,

    Good plugin? Yes
    Good support? Hell no!

  • I think so too! Send multiple emails, most of which are unanswered, and a small number of which are just the contents of the document. It doesn’t address the needs of users at all…

    Your support team answered me only after this bad review,

    But the worst part is that the bug that is happening started after an update

    And your support team had no other answer than “Plugin Conflict”,

    First, they answered me with that,

    Second, they told me that they would send me a guide to check the bug and the guide was about “Plugin Conflict”,

    Seriously? Are your team saying that I am some kind of stupid?

    Hi @badsha_eee,

    I scheduled the meeting,

    The bug is basically:
    1- When creating a new lesson, on the edit window, there’s a “Classic Editor” button.
    2- When I hover the mouse over the button, the link WordPress show on the bottom left of the screen is: /post.php?post=0&action=edit
    3- When I click on the button, I’m redirected to the lessons (custom post type) page.
    4- No new lesson is created.

    The issue that my website was facing was solved after the meeting,

    It was happening due to a security update of Tutor, and a feature that we used was deprecated,

    The support can be improved and the good point is that they are always trying to improve,
