Worst Support Ever

First, they deleted all of my blog posts when they “configured” the plug in for me. After I got those restored and deleted everything they did, I tried to install the plug in myself.
The query page was broken. It did not function correctly. They asked me to wait for the latest version which would be released “soon”. Somehow, after a couple days, it started working. Magic!
“Our plug in works fine, but wait for the next version.”
Now, I had to do the mapping. I made a mistake and asked for help. It’s been 8 days. They’ve asked me questions in that time, which I’ve answered within minutes.
It’s still not working. I started this journey of misery on March 25, 2015. Today is April 15, 2015.
I’m giving up. They can keep my money. It’s not worth the angst any more.
Stay away form this company.
