Worst theme I experienced – no support

I work with WordPress since version 2.8, so I have a bit of experience when it comes to installing and customizing themes. I bought the pro version of this theme and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed. Every theme creator makes huge promises ok… but this kind of theme was really hard to customize and the promise of “SEO ready” is just a shallow phrase if you look at the page speed numbers.
But worst of all: I never got any reply by their “customer service”. So what’s the point in selling this code monster at all? I bought their theme through AccessPress and I can really not recommend it to anybody. If the free theme is fine for you, stick to it. There is no need to pay for a “premium version”.
