Worth buying, unbelievable support

  • Having struggled to find a minimum purchase requirement plugin that fit a very specific need, I stumbled across this plugin.

    Skeptical at first, I was able to see literally everything the plugin had options for on Vartech’s main website. They had screenshots of EVERY option with well written and VERY detailed explanations for each option.

    Still not quite convinced, I emailed their support asking if their plugin could do what I want with my specific requirement.

    To my surprise, I was emailed back within almost half an hour with an answer to my question.

    Convinced, I bought the plugin and began working with it and stumbled across a bug in one of the options that caused a fatal error. To my dismay, this was the option I so desperately needed.

    Emailing the support once again, I was emailed back almost immediately. This time the support gave me his skype address so that we could chat there.

    After explaining my problem the support immediately began working on a solution for the bug in the code and had it finished within 10 minutes and emailing me a fixed version.

    I was absolutely stunned by the speed and quality of Varktech’s customer support and service. Yes the plugin is kind of expensive but they take care of you.

    TL;DR

    Plugin may be more expensive than what most are used to but Varktech takes care of their customers with speed and quality. A rare trait to find in today’s day and age.
