  • I’m sorry, but I’m frustrated that I bought glorified link to whatsapp web for 90$. This plugin does exactly nothing. It adds a chat window, that does not work as such, selecting the agent takes you to whatsapp web, even if you have whatsapp installed on your device. They even added emoji icon in the chatbox to make it feel like it’s an actual chat. No. For 90$ you get a link on your website, that points to another website. DO NOT BUY

    As explained on the plugin’s features page, when visitors click the send button, they’re redirected to WhatsApp web or the app, depending on the device they’re using. Unfortunately, this functionality is limited by the WhatsApp API, which means we can’t offer the option to send messages directly from the website to a WhatsApp number outside of the app.
