Would be great if you knew how to work it!

I really tried with this template. I initially tried with the documentation but when you click on that you get the following:
The page you are trying to access is restricted due to a security rule.
If you believe the security rule is affecting the normal operation of your website, contact your host support team and provide detailed instructions how to recreate this error.
They will be able to assist you with rectifying the problem and adjusting the security configuration if needed.I addressed them about this-NO response, NO fix.
Then trying to change the colors to the template because they give you no options on how to do that is beyond a royal pain. When you click on the template demo, go to the shortcodes page, you are hoping to see shortcodes to help you-NONE ARE THERE. Then you are going into support waiting and waiting for an answer to a basic question such as how to change the color of something. You go through the eight pages hoping to find your answer but you sometimes don’t.
Go through some of the support pages and you will see the same question asked but never answered. Which is one of the problems I ran into. Another problem I ran into was the spacing on the header. They NEVER answered that question after waiting two days for an answer. Out of all the questions I asked, only one got a thorough answer.
They also act like they can’t answer a basic question without wanting to see your website, after you have already explained to them that it is not live. Who wants to make their website live when things don’t work? Asking basic questions, they can’t answer about their own website template, such as how to change a color for a specific part of their template. Then the BLOG page doesn’t work. First of all, when you first download the theme, it turns your blog page into the home page, so all of your blogs disappear. Then they have some funky fix for it. So you do that and your blog page shows back up. Problem is that you can’t fix that. You can’t change the header, despite putting the banner info and the description in the box on the blog page. The set the page from sidebar to full-width doesn’t work either. Putting changes into the custom.css did NOTHING for the blog at all. Someone asked in the Support about the problem with the blog page and instead of answering them, they told them to open another ticket. This is the kind of piss-poor support that annoyed the hell out of me.
I tried. I really did try to give this template a chance, but with no proper documentation, so-so-support, and their inability to answer simple questions about their template, has me giving this a two. It would be a great template if they had the proper documentation and things worked. I don’t understand the five out of five stars because as you can see from my review, it is anything but. On to try another one.
