• Support is non existent, I have paid for two plans across two websites and although I got one reply to a support request I didn’t get a follow up in 5 days. My other support requests have been totally ignored. Unfortunately for me I’ve paid for a whole year of service. Maybe they’ll get back to me within the next 365 daysh but not holding my breath.
