    ***WARNING TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY THIS PLUG-IN***
    **WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET**
    *SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND FIND ANOTHER PLUG-IN THAT HAS GOOD DEVELOPERS*

    First off, I purchased this plug-in and got sent multiple emails from the company containing a 1MB file. Upon trying to install this 1MB plug-in in the plug-in section of my WordPress Dashboard, it came up with a notice that says “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT“.

    I sent Huge-It’s “Customer Service” a email saying that this plug-in won’t install and they just sent me another blank email with the same attached 1MB file that give you the same errors as mentioned above. I had the same results when trying to install this new file they sent.

    I sent them multiple emails about this issue and they basically told me that it was my fault the plug-in won’t install.

    Their solution was for me to give them my Admin Log in information and let them install this for me. Well, That wasn’t going to happen. I wasn’t about to let these Yahoo’s have access to my website Admin and screw something up and blame that on me too.

    Their “Customer Service” Stinks! They blamed me for a problem with their plug-in and then refused to refund my purchase because I already had the file and I could still use it after they refunded me. Well, that’s not the case when the plug-in doesn’t work to start with. After blaming me for the plug-in not working, they said it was because my Email wasn’t working properly. Again, blaming the customer for their problems!

    A quote directly from one of their emails:
    “Dear user, yes it is a problem, because we have already sent you the product with 1Mb. And if you just can not install properly we do not have rights to refund.
    Please understand there are many users who just say this to get pro version for free. So that’s why we only refund in cases when the product is not working and can not be fixed.
    So as you got the file from us, we got the payment. And you just do not menage to install we are not responsible for it. “

    So not only are they telling me this is my problem but they are basically accusing me of trying to get a refund and still using their plug-in. Great Customer Service!

    I left this for PayPal to figure out my dispute with them. But, conveniently for them, then use a 3rd party payment process that accepts their payments through PayPal and they won’t communicate with the Developers about issues that come up with purchases and refunds. Long story short, I didn’t get my money back because this was an “Intangible” good and buyers don’t have protection with PayPal for Intangible good.

    To sum things up, This company (HUGE-IT) has the worst customer service on the face of the planet.

    I don’t know how things are done in Armenia, but in The United States of America, The customer is always right and you should always try to take care of your customers not try and make them feel stupid. This company doesn’t look at it like that. They will blame you for their problems and then give you attitude when you ask for a solution to the problem.

    STAY AWAY FROM HUGE-ITS PRODUCTS!

    Dear @rocco_habit8587, at first I would like to add some corrections.
    We do not sell by paypal but another company and we have no account there. Customer contact us by email and we refund them by our payment system and it automatically refunds in paypal. If we had own paypal account of course we would answer each customer.
    We send many of that files to our customers with no problem and error ‘PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT’ happens when file arrives destroyed. Anyway I think that our support assistant could suggest you the link to download that file to avoid possible problems of email systems.
    Huge-IT has software development department in Armenia but they are not connected with our wordpress team.

    These reviews are NOT for this sort of dispute. For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site as the author has proposed.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
