Would like to change sidebar widget background and font colors, widget size

  • The widget is the WP Subscribe widget (in the sidebar) which seems to install with some default styles that are not consistent with the appearance of my use of theme (twenty fifteen). How do I alter the background and font colors, font sizes, and the overall height of the widget (if any or all of these can be adjusted). I am not a coder and I am not a developer. Am comfortable with customizing CSS, with explicit instructions. {Please note: there are two subscription widgets active provisionally, because I am trying to install WP Subscribe to replace the Jetpack widget.] Thanks.
