Would like to change wording for "Order Block" on front end

The wording says “I accept to agree to the terms and conditions”. This is supposed to be a link to the terms and conditions, but it is not clear that it is actually a clickable link. I have tried to find the code to be able to reword it and was able to do it prior to this latest update. Now, I have not been able to find the file to make the change myself. Could you please make it look like a link and maybe say something like “Click here to view the terms and conditions”.
